The CY1500 Cattle Yard is a high-capacity cattle yard system designed for producers working very large cattle mobs who need efficient flow, flexible drafting, and safe, low-stress handling. With a 1,500 head holding capacity and 750 head working capacity, the CY1500 suits intensive cattle operations where throughput and control are critical.
The design incorporates a large holding pen and dual lead-up pens, encouraging consistent cattle flow when processing big mobs and reducing congestion at the front of the yard. A return race provides essential flexibility, allowing draft pens to be emptied and preventing cattle and operators from becoming boxed in during long working sessions.
Drafting performance is a key strength of the CY1500. The system features 5-way drafting directly out of the crush, with the option to incorporate a 7-way drafting pound for operations requiring advanced sorting capability.
